International Comparative Legal Guide Series

Wiersholm has submitted the Norwegian chapter to the International Comparative Legal Guide Series' "Cartels & Leniency Guide 2011". The ICLG series provides current and practical comparative legal information on a range of practice areas. The Cartels & Leniency Guide 2011 gives an overview of the cartel prohibition, including investigative powers, sanctions, whistle blowing procedures, plea bargaining, appeal process and damages in 39 jurisdictions.
