Wiersholm’s method of working is based on first-rate individual achievement combined with well-developed teamwork. We are fearless advisors who desire to promote the goals of our clients, but we also have the courage to voice our opinion on what we believe to be in the best interest of our clients.

Internally, Wiersholm’s lawyers work in teams led by a partner. The partner selects the lawyers that are best suited for the particular assignment. There is always one lawyer who has overall responsibility for each assignment, and this ensures that all the aspects are seen in context.

Wiersholm has extensive cooperation and contact with legal professionals overseas. Through this cooperation, we have built up an international contact network of law firms in most countries that are of importance to Norwegian businesses.
