Wiersholm School

Wiersholm closely follows the professional development of recent graduates. This is practiced through courses under the direction of the Wiersholm School, in addition to the mandatory lawyer course. Our associates and lawyers also participate in external seminars and courses for further development and inspiration. We make arrangements for the personal and professional development of our employees through our associate programme.

The Wiersholm School facilitates a broad development with good support from sponsors and colleagues through practical work. The Wiersholm School arranges courses and seminars with both internal and external lecturers. The Norwegian Bar Association approves several of these courses as mandatory further education.
