Wiersholm assisted Aibel AS in relation to the company's asset sale of the Technology & Products business unit to Hamworthy.
 
Hamworthy PLC, a UK-based designer, developer and manufacturer of marine and offshore fluid handling systems, has acquired the business unit “Technology & Products” from Aibel AS, the Norway based upstream production facilities, maintenance, modifications and operation service provider to the oil sector.

Wiersholm advised Aibel AS on the transaction.
