Wiersholm assisted André Maggi International

Wiersholm assisted André Maggi International in relation to André Maggi Brazil's acquisition of 51 per cent of the shares in Denofa AS.

André Maggi International, Brazil, which amongst other things, is a producer and supplier of soybean oils, proteins, and lecithin to food manufacturing and animal feed industries, has completed the agreement entered into with Norgrain AS and Agrenco whereby Amaggi acquires 51 per cent of the shares of the Norwegian Denofa AS. The remaining 49 per cent of the shares will still be owned by Norgrain AS, a company owned 72.5 per cent by  Cermaq ASA.
