Herkules Private Equity III (GP-III) Limited, the private equity fund advised by the Norway-based Herkules Capital AS, and which invests in Nordic companies, has acquired 54 per cent of the shares in the Norwegian company Projectiondesign AS, a company engaged in designing, manufacturing and marketing a range of high performance projectors for professional, business and consumer applications. The seller was Eker Group AS a company controlled by Baard Eker.
