Wiersholm advises Rolls-Royce

Rolls-Royce has reached an agreement with ODIM ASA to launch a recommended cash offer.

for the 67 per cent of the share capital of Odim ASA not already held by it. Rolls-Royce acquired 33 per cent of Odim ASA from Aker Solutions in July 2009. Wiersholm, which also assisted Rolls-Royce in the original acquisition, is Norwegian counsel to Rolls-Royce in connection with the offer.
