Wiersholm assisted Faktor Eiendom

Wiersholm has assisted Faktor Eiendom with the sales of Faktor Eiendom’s hotels in Stockholm and Malmo that opened in the first quarter of 2010.

Faktor Eiendom has developed and built the hotels based on its own balance. The hotels have been sold previously, and, according to plan, the hotel in Malmo was handed over and the settlement was made in the fourth quarter of 2009. The hotel in Stockholm was handed over to the new owner in the first quarter of 2010.
