Wiersholm represented TINE in the Supreme Court
The Supreme Court finds that Tine did not use its market position in the fight for shelf space in the super markets. The question was whether Tine had been buying exclusive shelf space at Rema and ICA and thereby squeezing out the competitors Synnøve Finden and Q-meieriene during the supplier negotiations in 2004.
According to Tine’s counsel, Wiersholm’s Stephan L. Jervell, the victory in the Supreme Court is crucial for the group’s reputation.
- Tine won the case and is discharged from all claims that they were paying money to have Synnøve Finden removed from the shelves. The reputation of Tine is thereby completely restored, says Stephan L. Jervell.
