Wiersholm assists in cases of agent/distributor issues, franchising and other intermediary legislation. Our assistance includes advice in connection with establishment and winding up of intermediary relations, including drafting of contracts. We also assist in resolving disputes between principals and intermediaries, both during the contract lifetime and on winding up intermediary relations.
