Collision/Salvage
Wiersholm has substantial experience with handling disputes related to collision and salvage cases.
The Norwegian Supreme Court has heard six such cases in recent years, and our lawyers have been involved in all of them. Our assistance may involve securing claims (including the seizure of vessels), preparation of guarantee documents, collection of information and investigation of cases, analysis of liability questions and the assessment of salvage money, as well as conducting dispute cases before the ordinary courts.
