Wiersholm has several lawyers with varied and broad experience in a common contract law. We assist with advice, practical completion of contract negotiations and preparation of all types of commercial contracts, including, for example, manufacturing contracts and other purchase agreements, development contracts, consultancy contracts etc. Several of our lawyers have experience as corporate lawyers in industry and we also have running agreements with larger industrial companies for continual assistance.
