Wiersholm provides assistance for all kinds of environmental issues, such as applications for pollution permits, the notification requirement for the planning, restructuring and discontinuation of enterprises that may entail pollution, as well as orders to implement environmental measures, inspections and investigations.

We also provide assistance for environmental issues that arise between private parties, including issues related to the liability for and risk of pollution in connection with the sale of real estate, as well as liability and damages in the event of pollution damage. We provide assistance through contact with the public authorities and in proceedings before the ordinary courts.
