Information and Negotiations

The Worker Protection and Working Environment Act of 1 January 2006 contains regulations on the duty of information and negotiation, and it implements the EU Directive of 11 March 2002 on the disclosure of information to and consultation with employees. The Act contains a general information and negotiation duty for all matters of importance to employment, as well as certain special provisions on the information and negotiation duty for specific areas.
