Project Financing
Wiersholm has considerable experience in project financing, including Norwegian public-private partnership projects. In recent years, this type of cooperation has been established in connection with the construction of certain sections of road and other public construction projects (schools etc.).
Wiersholm provides advice on the transaction structure, negotiations and drafting of loan and security documentation etc. throughout the entire process.
