Public-Private Partnership Projects (PPP)

Wiersholm has substantial experience with Norwegian public-private partnership projects. In recent years, projects like this have been established in connection with the construction of certain road sections and other public construction projects (schools etc.).

Wiersholm has primarily assisted in financial matters, and our advisory services have encompassed project financing agreements and the underlying construction contract agreements (engineering and construction contracts, management and maintenance agreements, and internal agreements between the involved parties).
