Our lawyers provide assistance in connection with the licensing of all types of rights, be it design, trade marks, patents, copyrights or know-how. We strive to establish practical and simple contracts that define the licence terms and conditions well and in an unambiguous manner. At the same time, we guide our clients through the competition regulations in this area, which can be quite complex at times, such as group exemptions with respect to technology transfer contracts.

In this connection, the choice of a relevant organisation (limited company, partnership, limited partnership, etc.), financing (public schemes and private funds), revenue models and business plans (sales/licensing etc.), as well as protection models (patents etc.) have been the most key considerations.
