Wiersholm has a solid understanding of the international insurance market, including Lloyds in London, and we are in regular contact with key players in this market. Our lawyers have provided assistance with claim settlements and the drafting of insurance terms and conditions for use in the Norwegian market on behalf of Lloyds. Wiersholm advises regularly on Norwegian law in reinsurance disputes.
Moreover, we regularly assist players in the construction industry (contractors, subcontractors, clients, consulting engineers, etc.) with clarification of their insurance needs and settlements.
