Working Environment
The Worker Protection and Working Environment Act requires a satisfactory working environment in the workplace. The safety and working environment standard should be developed and improved in step with the development of our society. The employer is required to organise the workplace so that the employees' rights are safeguarded in a fully satisfactory working environment, both physically and psychosocially. The employees are entitled to take part in and influence the development of and changes to their work situation. This requires sound procedures and routines.
