Helge M. Svarva has broad experience in litigation from his time at the Office of the Attorney General (in Norwegian: Regjeringsadvokaten) and Wiersholm. He has particularly provided advice and assistance in litigation in connection with major contracting disputes, especially offshore (FPSOs, platforms, rigs etc.), but also onshore activities.
