Anders Ryssdal is an expert in competition law and litigation and holds more than 20 years of experience in litigation, arbitration and private action/enforcement action. He has represented several Norwegian and foreign clients in connection with major litigation and notifications of contracts, mergers and acquisitions. Anders has litigated cases within all fields of civil law. He is also used as an arbitrator in domestic and international disputes. Anders Ryssdal is admitted to the Supreme Court.
Anders Ryssdal is ranked amongst Norway's leading experts in the categories competition law/antitrust and dispute resolution in Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and in the Norwegian Financial Daily’s lawyers survey. He is also ranked as one of four leading Norwegian petitioners in International Who’s Who of Commercial Litigators 2011.
