Leif J. Moltke-Hansen works primarily with banking and finance on all kinds of financing transactions, reconstruction and insolvency, corporate and commercial law, joint ventures and international business transactions. He has been involved in a wide range of domestic and international banking transactions and reconstructions including acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance/structured finance and syndicated facilities, securitisation, shipping/ship finance and assisting owners in the sale/purchase of vessels.
