Arvid Aage Skaar works mainly with Norwegian and international tax law, tax treaties, litigation and customs cases. He is also a Professor at the Norwegian School of Management (BI). Arvid Aage Skaar is the author of a number of textbooks and articles in Norwegian and foreign publications.
