Stephan L. Jervell works with litigation, dispute resolution and negotiations, as well as public law framework conditions for trade and industry, including EU/EEA law. He has particular knowledge of administrative law, competition law, state aid and procurement law and contract law. Stephan L. Jervell is admitted to the Supreme Court, and litigates regularly before Norwegian courts. He has also litigated before the EFTA Court and carried out several hearings before the EU Commission. He has also been an arbitrator in national and international arbitrations. In recent years, Stephan L. Jervell has been highly engaged in international arbitrations involving the shipping and oil and gas industry and competition law matters and he has litigated many cases within the ICC and SCC systems and also been engaged in ad hoc arbitration. Stephan L. Jervell is the author of a number of textbooks and articles.
Stephan L. Jervell is ranked amongst Norway's leading lawyers in his areas of expertise.
