Ståle Gjengset's field of expertise is legal and strategic counseling and contract drafting in connection with acquisitions, mergers and demerges. He is also an expert in financing and financial restructuring. He managed the first, and so far the only, Norwegian refinancing carried out via the American "Chapter 11 rules". Gjengset has assisted several companies within the offshore and aviation industry in various transactions. He has long experience in international negotiations and transactions.
