Ståle Gjengset has an internationally oriented practice focused on working with industrial companies, financial institutions and investment banks on mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions. Ståle Gjengset also has considerable experience with financing and financial restructuring. He was in charge of the first and, at present, only Norwegian refinancing that was carried out through the US "Chapter 11" regulations. In addition to acquisition financing and corporate financing, Ståle Gjengset has assisted a number of companies in the offshore and aircraft industry with various acquisitions, sales and leasing transactions. Ståle Gjengset has long experience with international negotiations and transactions.
