Petter specialises in debt financing and has more than 15 years of experience. His main focus is on Norwegian high yield bond issuances, and he regularly assists both managers and issuers within various industries. Petter also has extensive experience in bank financing, and assists both lenders and borrowers with different types of financing structures.
By the recognised ranking firms Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, Petter is ranked in Band 3 and as “Next Generation Partner” in the area of banking and finance.

Selected projects
Assisted DNB Bank ASA as agent with a reserve based lending facility for Mime Petroleum AS, for the purposes of financing Mime's acquisition of a portfolio of license interests from Vår Energi AS.
Assisted Skandinaviska Enskilda Bank AB (publ) as agent and lender in connection with an up to NOK 1,500,000,000 exploration financing facility for Wellesley Petroleum AS.
Assisted Sector Alarm Holding AS in connection with an English loan agreement which consisted of a loan of EUR 590,000,000 and a drawdown facility of EUR 100,000,000. The purpose of the loan agreement was, among other things, to refinance existing debt before a minority stake in the company was sold to an investor.
Assisted Danske Bank with an up to NOK 4,900,000,000 guarantee facility agreement with DNO ASA in connection with the company's bid for all the shares in Faro Petroleum Limited.
Assistance to the senior lenders in connection with a EURO 228,000,000 Term Loan Facility Agreement for the purpose of financing the investment by Nordic Wind Power DA (a European investor consortium established by Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners) in Fosen Vind DA. Fosen Vind Da is a joint venture between Statkraft, TrønderEnergi and Nordic Wind Power DA. The project will be Europe’s largest onshore wind power project, comprising six onshore wind farms in Central-Norway, with a combined capacity of 1000MW.
